Core Features

Here are the highlights and core features of Aisti® Acoustic Tile

Acoustic Absorption: Class A

The Aisti® Acoustic Tile  meets the highest acoustic class, ensuring top-tier sound absorption for modern interiors. Its porous surface and engineered density make it ideal for spaces that demand both acoustic performance and visual elegance, such as offices, studios, and meeting rooms.

Fire Retardancy: B-s1,d0

Certified Euroclass B-s1, d0Aisti® Acoustic Tile offers excellent fire resistance making it suitable for large scale application in most building environments. This makes it a reliable choice for spaces where both sustainability and compliance are critical.

Indoor Emissions: M1 / A+ certified

Aisti® Acoustic Tile is composed of natural wood fibers and free from synthetic binders, plastics, and irritating fibers, ensuring safer, healthier indoor environments. The product holds M1 and French A+ certifications, signifying minimal VOC emissions and making it a sustainable, user-friendly option for workplaces and public spaces.

Versatile installation

Aisti® Acoustic Tile is aimed at substituting mineral based acoustic tiles and are designed to seamlessly integrate into existing T-grid system designs. The tiles are also suitable for direct mounting using adhesive providing versatile adaptation into any space and interior design.

Thickness

Available in two thickness options, the Aisti® Acoustic Tile gives you flexibility in both acoustic performance and design. The 20mm version is perfect for most suspended ceilings, while the 40mm variant enhances sound absorption in more demanding acoustic environments and is the obvious choice for direct mounting.

Size

Choose from two standard sizes for seamless integration into ceiling grids: 600×600 mm for uniform layouts, or 600×1200 mm for a more linear, architectural expression. Both options provide a clean, minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors.

Acoustic excellence

Superior Acoustics Meet Sustainable Design.

At the heart of exceptional interior architecture lies the ability to shape how a space sounds and feels. The Aisti® Acoustic Tile is designed to deliver superior sound absorption while remaining true to sustainable principles. Made from natural wood fibre using an innovative foam-forming process, the material achieves an open, porous structure that effectively captures sound across a wide frequency range.

This unique texture allows the tile to reach top-tier acoustic performance — Absorption Class A — ensuring that unwanted reverberation and background noise are significantly reduced. The result is an interior environment where speech becomes clearer, conversations feel more natural, and overall comfort improves. With no synthetic binders or irritating fibres, the tile offers a clean, safe, and healthy solution that enhances both acoustic quality and wellbeing.

A known technology,

A novel product

Unleashing the power of foam-forming to create acoustic excellence.

The foam-forming technology unlocks a new way to produce low-density fibreboard from cellulose fibers on a large scale.

The technology is both cost-effective and energy-conscious, so it’s sustainable by default.

Thanks to foam-forming, it is possible to produce wood fiber acoustic tiles that are light in weight, plastic-free, and made from 100% recyclable materials.
